Found the job on LinkedIn and applied on the company's website July 13, 2024. Got an email from the recruiter on Aug. 13 to schedule a phone screen. Had phone screen with the recruiter on Aug. 21st, 2024, she was nice and professional and explained the process. The next round was with the hiring manager for the team, then another round with two team members. All three rounds went very well, both the hiring manager and team members were VERY impressed and interested in my knowledge of Azure and my background. Although, the last/4th round was with the CMO of Cyber Security, it went well/ok, but he seemed not interested in me. Couldn't read him at all. Nevertheless, I got an email from the recruiter stating the hiring manager is moving forward with other candidates instead. Not sure what happened or what shifted on the hiring manager's part. He seemed to want to hire me right then and there when I initially spoke with him.
