Thank you for bringing your experience to my attention. It is critically important to understand how we can improve on our recruitment process.
In line with your experience and the nature of our global business, regional and global hiring managers are increasingly involved in the interview process. To this, we recently invested in technology to speed up remote/overseas interviews for certain roles as one part of our strategy to improve on speed to hire.
The second part is to ensure the availability of our hiring managers. On a positive note, it is pleasing to understand that our process was thorough; but we clearly need to continue work on streamlining our offer process as well. I will take this up with our internal team.
Again, thank you for your feedback. It is very important for me to understand where our gaps are so we can improve on our candidate experience.
