Entrevista
I had 3 rounds of interview.1st one would be with HR , 2nd one would be with VP of product & your Manager.3rd round would be with peers from the team such as with Designers, Engineering manager. If required, there would be a 4th round with your manager & another PM from the same team. In my case, in the 3rd round, the PM has actually transitioned to PM role from Senior designer role & hence she was asking very specific design related question from Android & IOS design systems. I think she doesn't have much visibility on what a PM actually does & hence was asking unrelated question that would be applicable to designers & not PMs.

I had 6 interviews, 2 of them technical. Many situational questions requiring knowledge of project management methodologies. Fit interviews with several directors. I never heard back from them after the sixth interview despite my follow ups.

The HR person didn't call and communicated via email only. They mandate that all new employees must work 5 days on-site, which is fine for some. But the salary they offered was too low and not competitive at all for the amount of experience they were seeking. And their Glassdoor reviews are alarming. HARD PASS.
