The interviewer was late and seemed disengaged. (I see she is no longer with Open Text and I guess that explains her attitude). She kept looking at the clock during our discussion. She spoke "at me" about the company in a rushed manner. I called the company for her e-mail to send a thank you note and they would not give it to me. They asked me to send it to the receptionist for forwarding to her.

Very basic contract questions. I was given a "test" contract. The pages were poorly photocopied and all crooked and out of order. Left me in a boardroom. Shabby treatment.
The interview process had various stages: 1. screening, 2. meeting with the hiring managers 3. completing an assessment/test 4. offer and acceptance. Overall the interview process was traditional, nothing over the top

It was a video interview. I have an excellent career history and present professionally. The interviewer had about 2 years' total work experience. The interviewer went "through the motions" but I could see that there was no engagement. At the "end" of the interview, I was advised that I would be receiving documents by e-mail for review and that I had 20 minutes to get back to Open Text with comments or suggestions. One document was short, the other was about 16 pages. There was also one test question to be answered. I was given no warning about this whatosever.
In my opinion, I was discriminated against based on my work experience.

Would I accept a contract position? (The role I applied for was full-time.)
