Initial phone call with one of the founders. Then a technical coding test to be done at home in your own time and 2 onsite interviews in their London office. The coding test was very easy then first onsite interview was product design focussed. I didn't get to the onsite technical test. Overall found the people at OpenRent to be very friendly and straight foward. Too bad my performance didn't match expectations.

I had a 3 / 4 stage interview process at OpenRent, including a final in-person interview at their office in Brixton. Met with both founders during the different stages of the interview. It did involve a take home task, coding test, and technical assessment.
