Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three rounds of unstructured interview. I requested a site visit to the main offices. I did a couple of initial phone screens. The recruiter, Red, was amazing at coordinating. The site visits were jovial enough. However, as I got to final rounds, there was a rush to get me in for the last round of closing interviews. I was asked to diagram the organizational structure of my last company department, and at the end of the last round of interviews, I was sent an email saying that the role was being re-evaluated.

The recruiter screening was easy to set up. I put time on the calendar for a 30 min call. It was a video call conversation with the opportunity to share my background and learn more about the role.

Professional HR/Recruiting team in terms of scheduling, updates, etc. Process included 1 phone interview, 2 video interviews and an in-person 4 1/2 hour stint meeting with 6 people for approximately 30 min each.
