Recruiter review call. Poor recruiter preparation: They were a few minutes late to the call, looked unprepared - laptop was slightly closed for the entire interview, and their wifi kept cutting out. They did not know anything about the role and openly admitted they did not know what the role entailed. Then proceeded to ask me questions from a list, not understanding the scope of the role. I tried my best to highlight my experience as it related to the role. After not hearing from the recruiter for 2 weeks, I was rejected. I understand they are hiring like crazy; this indicates to me the org is not setting their team up for success at all, and perhaps this recruiter was not in the loop with new roles or was overburdened with work.
