Round-2: technical interview
Round-3: HR interview
Round-4: interview with managing director
Company mainly focusing on technical skills and about SCADA, Round-2 & Round-4 are some what difficult,if you have good subject knowledge you can answer easily.

Many Rounds of interview. Exhaustive rounds and then very small increment of 20% what they offer. But interviewer were good. May be they don't have that much money to give you.
