It took around more than a moth to complete the process.Almost there were 10-11 rounds happened including in-person, skype interviews and all.Still after taking so many rounds,without any negotiations which already was discussed with the HR in the in-person round ,they rejected the candidature.So if you know that you can't afford the expectations,should have rejected the candidature then and there only,whats the need of taking more 2-3 rounds after that.
