Easy and straightforward. The first interviews are with the agency that’s hiring you, then the team’s manager, where they gave me an easy technical test to prove that I am tech savvy and aware of streaming platforms.

They game me an easy technical test to prove that I am tech savvy and aware of streaming platforms.
Very simple and straightforward. Two rounds of interviews. One was a screening interview and the second and third were more in-depth. The third interview was more of a gauge of how an employee fit into the culture.
