They offered me a job after a general discussion, invited me to sign the papers, but when I travelled to Vienna, they did not give me any contracts, just chatted me about their architecture and foreseeable tasks. CEO delayed 30 mins from the meeting. Couple of day later they just wrote me a rejection email. Happened in 2019 October.
