My experience with the application process at Onestream was unfortunately very disappointing. After two interviews with the recruiter, I received no feedback, despite repeated requests for clarification on how to proceed. After my last point of contact, I was completely ignored, and even after sending a follow-up email, I received no response. This communication is absolutely unacceptable to me, and it made me feel like I was “ghosted” by both the recruiter and the company. The lack of respect and transparency was glaring and created a negative impression of Onestream as an employer. The manner of operation came across as unprofessional, antisocial and arrogant. I would have expected a company of Onestream's caliber to place more value on open and respectful communication with candidates. It is very unfortunate that my application experience went so negatively, as I put a lot of time and energy into the interviews. My advice to Onestream is to review the application process and ensure that candidates are informed in a timely and clear manner about the further process. Such a lack of communication can be detrimental to the company's reputation.
