The interview journey commenced with an external interviewer from "Karat" and progressed through three subsequent rounds: system design, cross-functional, and engineering experience. Despite positive feedback throughout from my interviewers, the final CTO round seemed rushed, with no follow-up on my candidacy. Furthermore, despite my investment of multiple days in the interview process, the company has yet to provide any feedback, citing policy constraints. It seems reasonable to expect some form of feedback given the investment of time and effort from both parties involved. I mean if you found some other person who is a better fit, what's wrong with informing about it at least let the candidate would know what he/she should improve upon. Would not recommend interviewing for this company, the CTO is new and looks like he's the one who rejected me without giving any feedback.
