      Long waiting time, no professionalism, uncomfortable environment. The whole interview took half a day unnecessarily with no respect for the candidate's time..No empirical approach for evaluating candidate's skills.. Would suggest not to invest one's time... In a world that is operating in the digital era, you will be asked to write everything on paper such as long essays, product specs etc..

      It happens sometimes, that during the interview, you decide not to join the company. OneDirect gave me that Dejavu moment. The interviewer was one of the most unpleasant people I have met in my professional life. Full of negativity and ego, I guess the interview is not the right place to show these attributes by any party. You don't want to join a place so poisonous where you are spending 10 hours of your day.

      I was asked about my work. I was asked why the term is Sprint-0 and why not any other terms. Seriously, I was not expecting this question in an interview for which I have applied for a half-day leave. Then they gave a paper pen to solve 5 case studies and write an essay (and they literally counted the no. of words)

      IMPORTANT - Trust me, Read this full. Interview process involved Telephonic round, discussion with Product Manager, on-spot Assignment, Interview with Product Head then Co-Founder and finally salary discussion. HR called me for salary discussion and I shared my current company's offer letter for final discussion. The offer made which was even low from my existing CTC so I rejected. Now non-professionalism starts, she had an ex-colleague who was also a HR in my current company (at that time) and she told him about me that I have applied and all details like reason for leaving, my feedback for the current company and expected CTC which that guy revealed it on the floor in my company and I got in the radar of management. It doesn't affect me much but it shows a lack of confidentiality, poor ethic and culture from both HRs. How a HR can do this with a candidate. Its like playing with career of the candidate. So think before sharing your offer letter/CTC details with her, may she can spread your joining details.
