It involved two online tests (personality and logic). Then progressed to a telephone interview with techncial questions regarding Oracle and Unix. Moving on was asked to attend another re-run of the first tests. I stepped away from the application at this stage as was being asked (due to location) to perform the test over skype so that the recruitment/HR representative could oversee the execution of said timed tests. Understand this is the process but it was not for me given my length of experience (15+ years Oracle).
