I'm convinced these interviews aren't for actual roles. Received in the same week 2 in mails from same company different recruiters, inviting me to interview. Screening call with recruiter straight forward, altough the guys at Michael Page are useless.
Then went straight to a call with the learning director where lots of proficiency questions are asked. The whole interview felt friendly at face value, but true thoughts are never given. Ben and the company after all of this just ghosted, not even a rejection at that level shows, carelessness and unprofessionalism. Maybe it is because I asked about the lay offs that were happening at the company. Either way, the lack of decency to even just send a rejection means this isn't the company you want to connect to.
