Entrevista
Two stage interview, first is a phone interview which lasts around 20 minutes, whereby you outline your relevent experience and qualities to ensure your a good fit for the role.
After afew days, if you're successful, you will recieve an offer for a second stage in person interview. Your interviewers will do their best to make sure your comfortable before introducing themselves, giving some details about their professional and personal backgrounds. Then you are given the opportunity to do the same. This is followed up by questions about your previous experience and how you think this will make you a good fit for the role.
Towords the end of the interview, there is a role play element, where you are given a scenario with a customer and you need to demonstrate how you would deal with the scenario. You get afew minuits to prepare for this and the option to ask any clarifying questions is given before commencing the task.
After the interview is over, they let you know that you'll hear back within afew days, with some feedback given as to why you were or were not selected.

Straightforward, helpful and communicative. I found the staff were very clear, very open and made me feel comfortable when at the interview and in the office. The recruitment team were responsive and quick in their decision making.
