I applied online and received an email the next day regarding a phone screen. The phone screen ended up being 5 minutes. HR asked me a series of questions from the hiring manager. This place is severely disconnected with their hiring process; I only had a job description and what scant information I could find about the company online to go off of and I was asked how I see myself in the position. HR did not expand on the role or talk about the company and everything I have seen online has been negative from current and former employees. If OTI wants to obtain new talent, they need to revise their hiring process and their management style.
