The hiring and interview process consisted of first filling out a questionnaire. Then, I was called in for an interview. The interview was long and took about an hour. We were in a large room and there were about 5 people in the room who worked for the company. We sat in a circle and each person who attended the interview asked me about two questions each. Every question was followed by come commentary and each person would mark down something on their papers after I answered each question.
