The hiring process for the position i applied was the following: 1) A personality and qualification test. 2) A small interview that is aimed to get to know you (it's very important in this company) 3) A tech interview aimed to test your WordPress and WPML knowledge (mainly WordPress) The process was pretty smooth, at least in my case, i got to ask whatever i wanted to know about the company and about my duties in the company, they were pretty straightforward and very transparent which is something i really like.
