OnDeck has a great interview process and everyone I have met with has all been great! They got to know me on a personal level to make sure I would fit in the great culture they have. Everyone was very positive and there wasn't anything intimidating.

I interviewed with 3 different people for 30 minutes each. Went very smoothly and everyone seemed to be well prepared. I did not get the job I interviewed for initially, but was offered a different one as they liked me as a candidate.
