Interview process was pleasant and casual, was expecting more.
The HR was low balling my expected salary and offered me a humiliating package. They are looking for desperate candidates and wanted a job move immediately. What a shameful act.
Consisted of three rounds: HR screening, 1+ hour of tech interview with multiple questions, coding asssignment.
The HR interview was quite standard about their product and my expectation. The tech interview was mostly RoR theory to discuss with a couple of snippets to review. The coding assigment was to implement a few simple classes (2-3 hours max).
