The hiring and interview process were pretty simple. I was called in to interview, I met with the manager who has since left. I talked about what else I have done in my life, why I thought I'd be a good server, and why On the Border. We talked about some of the expectations of the restaurant, and I was told that she felt I would fit in well, and that I would make a good addition to the team.

The Interview is straight to the point and easy ‘ it’s the basic normal questions they ask at any other interviews . You have a really good chance at getting the job because they need help really bad .
