Intense interview process. Lengthy initial application process requiring many long form answers to application questions. If you get to the next round, you'll be asked to complete a several hour-long interview process, consisting of three interviews (two personal/character based, one case study).

Personal experience and case study. Very interactive and reflective exercise. Interviewers friendly and supportive, often eager to bring the best out of you. Do listen carefully for their prompts and answer their questions as they're trying to help you explain your experiences better!

Entrevista
Hard but collaborative- there were three assessments back to back. The two interviews were friendly but they were looking for key personality traits or soft skills. The assessment was the hardest, but the assessor walked you through it with prompts. The process is designed to review your reasoning and numeracy skills.
