Standard level of interview. Very positive. Made you feel wanted. Said a 2nd interview was coming and I was contacted immediately for it. 2nd went well asked for more details on work history said I was a great candidate and would be recommended for a 3rd interview. A couple of days later they told me they hired someone and I wouldn't get the 3rd interview.
