There were 3 interviews in the combined interview process: phone screen, panel discussion with leadership, final meeting with leadership. At every stage, OmniiX was very thorough and expletive in the questions and answers. They were very much aware "we were both interviewing one-another," and they embraced it - they wanted me to make sure this was the right fit (for me) as much as they wanted to make sure I was the right fit for them.
