Entrevista
The interview process was multiple stages including a screening, initial hiring manager interview, peer conversations, and a panel presentation, all performed remotely through Zoom. Everyone I met through the process was helpful and professional and spoke highly of their time at Omada. Cyrina in recruiting kept me apprised of my progress through the process even through some slow periods accounting for time off, etc.

The interview process took about 3 weeks. It consisted of 1 screening interview with recruiter, 1 interview with hiring manager, 4-5 interviews with other Omada team members, 1 case study presentation, then reference checks.

Several interviews consisted of scenario based questions related to areas of the product and metrics to assess thought process & skills. Essentially "What would your process be for assessing the metric and proposing solutions?"
It’s a pretty standard flow: HR screen, followed by time with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview that included a case study and some scenario work, followed by one other.
