It was very easy. I was interviewed in the office with just one manager (not even the store manager). They were very laid back and really just wanted to get to know me to be sure I wasn't going to be a terrible hire. I was hired on the spot!

"tell me about a time you did something that you really didn't want to do?" "What is your strength?" etc.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
