Brief interview of 20 mins or less that covers your motivations, salary expectations, availabiliy and strenghts. Nothing in depth or too specific. You don't need any experience to work there so they are not too picky about the resume. They only want to know about your personnality and make sure that you would fit in the role globally
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
