Interview was over video call because of covid, it went well then after background check(about two weeks) i was done i was offered position, and would report to an orientation the next week.

I was a part of a group interview, and was asked a few simple questions, Got an offer a few days later. Having a positive attitude and confidence is key!

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
