I only went through the pre-screening phone interview which lasted for about an hour. The role was based in Bangalore. Right from the start, I did not like the tone of the recruiter and seemed to be offended with me asking many questions. Overall, the offer seemed to be a little too risky with Poor benefits, extremely low base, no flexibility at work. I was expecting a lot more from okta since I really love the product.
