Interviewers were late, disorganized, unprepared. I had a second interview with the guy who would be my boss and he didn’t connect to our Teams meeting. I emailed the recruiter and they rescheduled for the next day. When we had the interview he never apologized or acknowledged his no show.

It was for a contract role but had to go through a four stage process. Plus a presentation task which I think was unnecessary. I liked the interviewers but it was very obvious they were not impressed by the end of the interview which is okay.
