Applied by sending resume to email shown on website. Within a few weeks, I received an email response from the secretary and a phone interview was scheduled. Over the phone, I had a conference call with 2 of the partners. They asked about the details of my resume and previous job experiences, strengths, weaknesses; nothing out of the ordinary. Approx 2 weeks later, I received an email to schedule a 2nd interview. This time I met with the 2 partners as well as other Partners & VP's that work there. The interview was basically a recap of the phone interview
