The interview process involved skills tests and online games, followed by a one way video interview, then finally an in person interview with the store business manager. A bit much for an interview for a team member but was not too difficult.

It was a digital interview. I got the invitation after 2 hours of applying for a casual team member at Officeworks, Richmond Melbourne. You will be given 2 attempts of each question, and there are 6 questions related to customer service.
You walk into the store you applied to after an interview offer, speak to the person on POS. Once you’ve spoken you’ll be taken to a room with a manager they’ll ask you questions then you’ll leave pretty leave.
