First we were ushered into one of the screens and all sat down. Overall there was about 25 of us in total. We had to introduce ourselves and then we were split into groups for activities.
I have little to no idea how they based their decisions but it seemed to be based solely on availability as that was the only question asked of us.
The group activities were pretty standard and very much the same result with awkward presentations about the tasks.
The interview process felt very relaxed and informal, with plenty of time set aside at the end for questions and discussion. We met in a Costa next to the Odeon, which helped keep the atmosphere comfortable.
Presentation about working at Odeon. Group Interview was very fun. Then 1-1 interviews but it was more like 2-1. There was a cinema manager then a cinema host asking the questions and writing down notes. People who had full availability have a better chance of getting in than those who can’t work past 11pm

the interview process was very relaxed, with a very nice manager.Felt like a nice conversation, even if I didn't get an offer, it was a good experience. A lot of back and forth. Some of the questions were a bit odd such as the favourite food question, but it felt like they wanted to know me more as a person to see if i would fit in their team.
