Very longwinded interview with many stages, but it was relatively easy if you have customer service experience and do your research before the interview takes place. I enjoyed the experience, would just recommend lots of preparation.

Really amazing interview process!
1) call with a representative from instant impact which is the recruitment company octopus use for hiring etc, this representative will support you through the entire process
2) Game style tests from instant impact sent over a few days later to test basic maths and English skills
3) the week after the first interview there is a group virtual discovery day interview starting at 9:30am and finishing at 12:30pm where you will have a group interview as well as a small 1-1
4) a final job specific virtual interview with two managers

Octopus offer a great interview process! My recruiter Aasimah was so lovely and offered great advice throughout the interview process. She was quick to reply or call back regarding any queries I had big or small and I look forward to working alongside her at the London Office! The Discovery Day and Final Interview stages were equally as enjoyable. The team at Octopus made the whole process feel very relaxed and engaging. All the interviewers were friendly, as well as open and honest about what to expect in the interviews process and as a part of the Octopus family. Overall a great experience 😊
