The whole interview process was really amazing! this is a group of people that take care of a lot of the human resources. The technical interview was a live coding session with a strong orientation on listening and making you feel comfortable!

Entrevista
The interview process was respectful and friendly. I had 2 interviews with Oceans Code Experts and two similar interviews with their client. Both where one with HHRR and one technical. I was explained the position role and responsibilities; hard skills required and briefly described the project, team and product. The first technical interview included a coding exercise and a few technical questions of general development knowledge. The second technical interview was with the client and included a high level overview of my past experience and knowledge.
