The most absurd interview process I’ve ever participated in. In all, it was 10 steps from the recruiter screening on, including 1.5 hour psychometrics test and free labor all for a lower level role. Hiring team sent me an assignment in a word document without deleting their comments to each other that said “What is the point of having people do this?” Luckily I had an offer come through elsewhere before they had me do an 11th step.
