Interview is really cool. Oakley mandates onsite interview. Dressing casually is really important else you would be overdressed in Oakley (Trust me on this!!!)
- First Round: Phone Interview
- Second Round: Onsite Whiteboard interview (3 phases of 1/2 hour each, in a single day)
