You have to be able to know about what you are coming in there for. Have some sort of interest of the research that you will be involved in. They'll ask you what skills you have/won't have.

Regular process where they invite you onsite, give a technical presentation and then spend a few hours talking to the team. I had to spend the night at the accommodations that they have onsite, which made it feel like a very long process.
