I received mail for the interview as sales executive/Demand manager at gurgaon office. It was one day process with 2 rounds. The overall experience was very good but i found office environment very crowdy.

1)If someone has to spend one night at Paharganj and he does not want much of luxury however GOIBIBO is giving one room at Rs 700, how will convince the customer to purchase the product from oyo who is selling rooms at Rs 900 in the same area.
Interview is very technical and business account , confidence level check and capability , also the travel interest on daily basis in the market for corporate sales visit and also technical sales questions and answers with stakeholders

When visiting universities they have Campus process which starts with a basic aptitude round on Average room rate, revenue calculation then based on it shortlisting for personal interview round. In that they ask about diff roles that we are interested in, based on it role level questions as in how to grow the business, market research and survey etc.
Interview was good i applied by the campus so Interview was very easy you have only the ask about introduction or some project or location or about what do you kbow about oyo
