Fairly straight forward process. First a basic screening call from the HR - Went through the resume and basic questions. Explained about the roles and responsibilities. Asked a few situation based questions. Second Round - Regional Head It was very detailed interview. Very specific questions. interviewer expected very detailed answers and step by step process. It was a decent interview. The process was quick. The HR was very helpful and gave immediate response.
