Une première prise de contact pour prendre un rendez-vous pour un premier échange. Des questions portant sur les expériences passées et une partie de l’entretien faite en anglais pour tester le niveau.

After this, you will get an email with the approval or denial.
All the process took around 1 month. It was very communicative and there was always someone to answer questions.

Entrevista
1 phone screen interview, then 2nd interview with HR.
Unfortunately was left without any news for over 3 weeks, got back to the HR to be told they decided to go with other candidate. Disappointed that I am not in the loop ? Is it not HR's job to do so ?
Job isn't account management, more like a hunting job: 80% hunting, 20% farming.
Salary is 70% base - 30% commission (split between team and individual commission).
