I had applied through an employee referral and they had scheduled me for a phone interview. The communication process to setup a time was very prompt. They did a plain behavioral interview on phone for the first round and I believe the next one would be an onsite technical. They went over my resume asking me a couple of questions about what I did. No idea what went wrong but they were very quick to inform me about the decision. GPA weighs a lot in their screening.

Applied online and received an e-mail for skype interview. I did the skype interview and within a week they invited me for on-site interview. The interview was great and not very hard as I expected. Mostly behavioral questions, but knowing things about computers is very useful as those questions will be asked.
