Good first two rounds, last round was done by incompetent interviewer who cares about riddles like light bulb questions memorized from internet websites. Was rejected in last round as I didn't satisfy bulb questionnaire. Funny thing is I would not have joined even if satisfied with bulb answer, as programming competence is measured with internet riddles without actual programming skills test. If you are passionate about programming, I am sure you can't work with a team like that whoever interviewed you with light bulb questions and judging your programming skills.
