A recruiter reached out to me about the position. We sent my application over to Kar Global's AutoVin team. I was told to complete a programming assessment and put it on my GitHub. Took 4-5 hours out of my day to complete this and sent it in THE SAME NIGHT it was given to me.
I heard word from my recruiter that the hiring manager said "His project seems to be much better than previous candidates."
Haven't heard a word since. The company seems to have vanished into thin air.
Thanks for making me do a coding assessment that I did ON TIME and you take 1 month+ just to talk to me. Personally if I asked someone to do a service for me, I'd reach out to them ASAP and at least thank them for participating in the process.
