first i applied online on their website, then my university professor was asked to send a reccomendation. 2 months later i got a phone call they asked technical questions, then few days later i got an interview.

Had only the phone interview, general questions about the basics, from mathematics, physics and chemistry, I had some time to do if calculation is needed, but in general should be answering fast
HR called me before scheduling an interview to see if i am still interested. After that i had an interview with head of department. The whole interview was short and the whole process also lasted only around 2 weeks
