At the end of the day, if your ethnicity is not of their biggest race (not talking about caucasian nor the proxy offices in US or Europe) don't even bother. It will be their formality only to able to claim "we tried hiring other races".
Even if you are employed, you'll just be clown.
Anyway for the rest of daredevils the culture is based on their ethnicity, they want 100 score perfect text book answer for all their answer.
They will keep adding questions till you are exhausted.
First round of interview with an engineer. One leet code style problem with emphasis on getting the most optimal time complexity. Few Java theory questions on concurrency, memory management. Few SQL questions about database concepts. Few questions on Redis (even though I have never worked with it). The interviewer was not friendly and seemed to only want to hear what they wanted to hear.
