The interviewer (I think it's the director or something?) is so annoying during the call. My friend who is also trying to apply to this company also experiences the same thing. I end up not continuing my interview because I don't want to work with such an annoying guy.

Don't be fooled. The company is hiring clueless engineers to be overworked and unpaid. I saw the CEO interview a potential and he lowballed them so bad. He kept boasting about his money and yet kept threatening employee's salary.
