Interviewed regional manager with HR present. Talked about banking related products and the environment of the job. HR then said that they will call back again if they want to extend a job offer. Received the call from HR about the job offer a few hours later.

Entrevista
Received a call from HR and did a phone interview. Then set appointment for face to face interview. Waited for 4 hours and paid 25bucks for my parking. Interviewed in Wisma Lee Rubber (Masjid Jamek), a mass interview.
Its a 1 to 2 interviewer's interview (1 credit card area manager & 1 corporate banking area manager)
The atmosphere was really tense as the interviewers put on a lot of pressures on me about how much their targets are and how would i be able to achieve it as a freshie.
Overall it was a really strict interview but i gained a lot of experiences and i think i like the way they worked.
What course did you graduated from and why do you think your course is suitable to work in a bank? What have you learnt in university that you think can apply to work in our bank?

Entrevista
I go for the walk-in interview. They helped explaining in great length regarding the Personal Banker Programme and help me understand on the situation that i might face and possible challenges.
Had an interview with two managers at a local OCBC bank , the experience was pleasant . The interviewers are friendly . It was a more casual , relaxed interview compared to other interviews I’ve been through .
